The vertical grilling technique is a traditional method of professional cooks and food markets alike, produces a superior result. Perfect for pieces of meat, fish & seafood, potatos, steaks, chicken and vegetables. Harmful grill fumes and smoke from dripping fat are elimated, and the vertical technique allows you to use three sides of each heat sources at the same time-a total of six separate cooking areas to be used at the same time! This lacquered steel grill features rubber feet for stable placement on any table, and projects low downward heat.
